Did
you know?
What is the difference between quenching one's thirst and hydrating
the body?
Hydrating the body means supplying it with
the water it needs to function properly.
Drinks are thirst-quenching if they are cooling and provide an immediate
feeling of refreshment in the mouth. But that doesn't mean that they
are meeting your hydration needs!

Good
advice:
- Always have a small bottle of water to hand in the car.
- Give your children water to drink frequently.
- Tip: put a small bottle of water in their schoolbag or sports bag.
